Legends of Tomorrow Finds Cult Hits

The CW’s monster hit “Legends of Tomorrow” has turned to Fervor Records for some legendary recordings from yesteryear. Episode 314: “Amazing Grace” includes several tunes from the Fervor vaults including Scatman Patin & The Ram Rods’ 1958 single “Red Beans And Rice,” and 1959’s “Rushin’” by Banny Price. Both songs come from Mira Smith’s Shreveport, LA label Ram Records. Also featured twice in the episode is a re-record of Jim Murphy’s 1957 Rev Records classic “I’m Gone Mama.” Catch “Legends of Tomorrow” tonight on The CW and click the links to experience the music!
