Haunter Debuts At SXSW Film Festival With Gramophone Gems

Austin’s SXSW 2013 Film Festival has announced the lineup for it’s “Midnighters” showcase series, a collection of the scariest and most offbeat selections slated to premiere at the witching hour.

One such feature due to unveil in March is director Vincenzo Natali’s Haunter, the latest project starring Little Miss Sunshine sweetheart Abigail Breslin as a 15 year old apparition.

Even though the story takes place in a ‘forever 1985′ scenario (and Fervor has some solid 80’s music in the vaults), the particular Vintage Masters recording that appears in this film is surprisingly brought to you by Morrie Morrison, a popular 1920’s dance orchestra impresario.cover_VMTwentiesProjectVRetail
